1. Agreement Between User and Last One Standing Pte. Ltd.

This website, lastonestanding.events (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Last One Standing Pte. Ltd. (“LOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Singapore.

Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect once posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.

This Site and its content are provided solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

The Site does not process payments or bookings. All engagements, quotations, or transactions with LOS occur offline or via direct correspondence and are governed by a separate written contract.

Any information, rates, or estimates (including those generated by the “Event Cost Estimator”) are illustrative only and not binding.

The Site may display links to or content from third-party websites, vendors, or partners. These are provided for your convenience.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any venue, organiser, or other event company unless explicitly stated.

When you submit an enquiry or use the Event Cost Estimator, we may collect information such as your name, email, phone number, and event details.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and improve our services.

All data handling complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

10. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Last One Standing Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
