A: Not at all! We love large-scale productions, but we also support smaller occasions like birthdays, engagement parties, and workshops. You can hire us for the whole event or just the parts you need.

Q: Do you only operate in Singapore?
A: Yes, we’re based in Singapore and focus on local events, but we do assist clients with virtual or hybrid events that reach audiences worldwide.

Q: How far in advance should I book your services?
 A: Ideally at least 4–8 weeks in advance for small-to-medium events, and 2–3 months ahead for larger productions or festivals. But we’ve also pulled off great events in under a week - so reach out even if it’s last-minute!


Q: How do I get started?

Q: What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
 A: We understand things happen! Minor adjustments are fine. Cancellations depend on how far along the event planning is - we’ll always be transparent about what’s refundable.

Q: Do you handle the setup and teardown?
 
A: Yes, our logistics team handles full setup, teardown, and equipment transport, so you don’t need to lift a finger.


Q: Do you provide technical crew on event day?
 A: Definitely. Our team includes sound engineers, lighting techs, show callers, and production crew to make sure everything runs smoothly.
